Proposition 8 - Did Mormons Go Too Far?
You already know my opinion, and there’s plenty of evidence that they did, but here’s a video with more facts.
Notice that churches don’t have to open their financial books to anyone, nor are they really required to disclose anything to anyone. It’s high time that organizations that put so much time, effort and money into running (even ruining) the lives of others and affecting the course of this nation be required by law to account for what they do just like everyone else. No more special rights for religious groups and institutions.
