The RRRWers are constantly screaming about children being “taught gay marriage” in schools. They go into a frenzy any time a school implements a non-discrimination program that attempts to teach students that it’s bad to bully LGBT people. For at least two months before the annual Day of Silence they rend their garments and make outrageous claims about the student’s silence “disrupting” classes and indoctrinating others into the “homosexual lifestyle”. Why do they do all of this?
It’s that simple. Children who haven’t been taught to hate aren’t bigots. It’s only when they are indoctrinated with lies like “god says gays are bad” and “there’s only one acceptable type of family” that the bigotries take root. And, of course, the RRRWers don’t want all of their hard work undone by some lib’rul school system that teaches crazy things like “do unto others”. That’s not something Jesus would have espoused.
So while they rant about the schools “indoctrinating” their children into homosexuality they actually fear just the opposite. They fear their children will be un-indoctrinated, and begin to reject the dogma they’ve been fed from the time they were born. They fear their children will see through all of the lies they’ve been told about LGBT people and their families. And then the children will begin to wonder what other lies their parents have told them…

Daniel Radcliffe has been subject to OMG is he gay?!?! rumors for some time now. He’s finally come out to declare that he’s not, but he really doesn’t mind if people think he is.

No doubt fundagelicals will use this as yet another reason to declare him an abomination, as if starring in the Harry Potter movies (Witchcraft!!!), being an atheist and performing nude onstage weren’t already enough. But I’m sure neither he nor his legions of fans will give a darn.

They’re being particularly efficient and lethal with their proposed bill, despite claims to the contrary. They want to fully isolate gay people by ensuring nobody will wish to associate with them (who would, when the penalty is death?). And of course this will lead to an all-out witch-hunt to weed out gay people and gay-sympathizers. In the process countless people who aren’t either will fall prey to this heinous law. But as I’ve said before, no amount of collateral damage is too much for the anti-gay bigots who want to exterminate us in order to sate their own hatred.
The Pear of Anguish was a popular punishment for certain individuals who violated “Biblical Law” during Medieval times. I have no doubt there are some who’d gladly put it into use today if they could.

A screw inserted between the leaves could be turned to slowly separate the four lobes of the ‘pear’, expanding the orifice into which it had been inserted. The torturer could choose whether to simply distend the cavity, or expand the pear to it’s absolute maximum and mutilate the prisoner.
Of course, the orifice which was on the receiving end of the pear was symbolic of the offense - heretics received the oral pear, passive male homosexuals received the anal pear, and women who had intercourse with Satan were in receipt of the vaginal pear.

Paul Cameron is an expert only in his own mind, much in the vein of Peter LaBarbera. His “Family Research Institute” is a certified hate group. Cameron had legitimate credentials until he was quite literally expelled from every professional group in the US and Canada due to his personal, unethical anti-gay crusade. Now he merely pretends to be a researcher and “expert” while he continues his demonization of LGBT people, and his quest to strip them of any and all rights they have, or might ever have.

The Canadian Psychological Association takes the position that Dr. Paul Cameron has consistently misinterpreted and misrepresented research on sexuality, homosexuality, and lesbianism and thus, it formally disassociates itself from the representation and interpretations of scientific literature in his writings and public statements on sexuality.
Essentially, no legitimate professionals want anything to do with Paul Cameron. The only people who take him remotely seriously are the so-called “pro-family” groups, and even some of them have stopped citing his work to support their anti-gay agenda as he is so widely known as counterfeit.
At any rate, Cameron has decided to rear his ugly head for the first time in a while. For what reason? To defend DADT with the outrageous claim that straight male soldiers are in grave danger because gay soldiers are inherently prone to sexual predation. Needless to say, Cameron’s flinging feces again, as there aren’t any facts in his “research”.
